Communication is the key to commercial relations, to national relations and to human relations. Languages, therefore, play a vital part in the success of a city or country. For this reason, the AmCham has established the One World, Many Voices project in 2003. The project’s sole aim is to equip Czech elementary schools, in classroom’s across the country, with language laboratories. All donations help to provide students in the Czech regions with the equipment they need to build a solid base for their future.
How members can contribute
There are three ways how Amcham members can support the One World, Many Voices project:
1. Sponsor one or two items that will be bid for in the Silent Auction
2. Pay the extra margin to the Thanksgiving Ball Corporate Table price (+ CZK 10,000)
3. Bid for items in the Silent Auction at the Thanksgiving Ball

Amcham helps to public Schools in Czech Regions.
Since 2003, AmCham has supported 25 schools in 6 regions. The total sum of the support was CZK 3.167.000. Mostly interactive boards to language laboratories at schools were purchased.
