HR Committee in Randstad on May 30: Awareness & Attractiveness of Brands

Amcham' s HR Committee met in Randstad to hear about results of extensive research of first year conducted also in the Czech Republic: Randstad Employer Brand Research, "REBR".
Alžběta Honsová, Randstad Marketing & Communication Manager and Gabriela Hrbáčková Kedová, Director of Randstad Professionals, showed in their presentation what are drivers for employees according to age, education etc., what makes them leave and what they are willing to offer when it comes to getting an ideal job.

In the committee meeting itself the HR Committee agreed to establish a core group which will meet regularly to prepare topics for next meetings to assure continuity in topics & to cover the most current and interesting ones.
