Why to develop your cultural intelligence?
Cultural know-how is not just about the country of origin, social background, generation or gender issues. Cultural intelligence means knowledge and awareness that helps to increase mutual understanding, tolerance and opening to the higher level of cooperation based on synergy and complementarity.
HR Committee will also debate on intergenerational and social aspects finding best practices to share.
