General Assembly and Board of Directors election 

Due to the coronavirus, the AmCham Board of Directors decided to postpone our general assembly until September 3. AmCham will inform members by the end of July of the time and venue of the event. 

Nominations for the AmCham board of directors are open until May 25. To qualify for the board, an individual must be employed by a member company in good standing and appointed as one of the official member representatives (Patron and Corporate members have five official representatives, and Small Business and entrepreneurs have two. Candidates for the board have traditionally been the lead company representative with previous involvement in AmCham advocacy or best office activities. Board elections will begin on May 25 and end at midnight on June 19. Ballots will be sent to the lead representative of all member companies in good standing. Patrons and Corporates have five votes; Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs have two. The results of the election will be announced in June and confirmed at the general assembly.
