After two years, AmCham again could gather to celebrate what we have achieved together. This generation of Czech business leaders, through their daily decisions and acts, have created the greatest prosperity this country has known. Their optimism and management skills navigated us through the largest epidemic in a century. And their work is never finished.
We must reject individuals like those in the Kremlin who use state power to repress our freedoms and even slaughter us for their own personal glory. We will need their skill and cooperation to develop and manufacture entirely new products that will make the country an innovative leader and the economy sustainable.
