AmCham Human Resource Committee: Moving toward working from anywhere?

Veronika Kinclová of Clifford Chance has briefed the AmCham Human Resource Committee this week on the revised government proposal on working from anywhere.

The definition of where outside work can take place is still too complicated, and, in practice, will likely restrict the employee's ability to choose where they want to work.

Employee compensation is improved from the earlier proposal. Minimum payments are set. What can be deducted from taxes is still unclear. Companies will be allowed to compete for employees by offering more favorable conditions.

AmCham Human Resource Committee continues to address remote work, among other issues, such as leadership, equality and fairness in the workplace, as well as regular employment and wage outlooks.
