AmCham HR Committee in 2018
On February 7, 2018, HR Committee members met to share which HR issues face their companies, which HR related topics are interesting for them to discuss and who shall be the speakers & drivers of the events.
Participants also voted on the main topic of the year, which became: "The role of HR" - including agile HR, approach to new generation etc.
The committee will meet once a month, on last Wednesdays. On March 28, the topic will be: Leadership & optimisation of work processes through music.
