AmCham CZ: How can implementation of MEAT quality criteria increase the efficiency of hospitals workshop on November 23 - press release, presentations and photos
On November 23, about 50 representatives of hospitals and medical devices companies met to attend the presentations and workshop about implementation of MEAT quality criteria according to Public Procurement Law in force from October 1, 2016.
The speakers presented two interesting ways to improve the value of what hospitals purchase. The first is to combine procurements in a large association to improve benchmarking of products and to increase savings. The second is to assign a monetary value to quality criteria. Both have really good track records in Europe, and both could help hospitals here get even better performance.
