AmCham companies discussed strategic objectives for Czechia

What the strategic objective of Czechia should be? Should it be measured, as it has been in the past, by how much money we spend? Measuring progress by outcomes is a better choice.

Government should not only avoid cutting the research budget but also consider increasing that budget. Cutting the innovation budget will continue government policies that keep the country a "montovna". Increasing it will show that the government believes in Czechia's scientists and engineers as much as the many companies that want to bet that Czechia will deliver the technology on which their future depends.

AmCham held a discussion with representatives of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, CzechInvest and Ministry of Industry and Trade.
