AmCham has opened nominations for its Wings Award recognizing volunteer work of AmCham members, that hast brought benefit not only to AmCham but to the business community as a whole. AmCham members can be nominated by November 9, 2012. Click on the title to read more.
Dear Member,
The time and talents of AmCham members are what make the organization thrive. Without the voluntary efforts of dozens of members throughout the year, our organization would not be able to advocate new reforms, organize insightful seminars, and make the connections that bring greater prosperity to the country.
At this year’s Thanksgiving Ball, we will be recognizing these acts of social responsibility by awarding the second annual Wings Award for a member who has made significant contributions to AmCham activities in the course of 2012. These acts should not only have brought a benefit to the AmCham, but to the business community as a whole. Last year, the Wings were awarded to Daniel Weinhold of Weinhold Legal and Dan Tok of Skanska for their outstanding efforts to make the public procurement process more transparent and efficient.
From now until November 9th, 2012 AmCham would like you to nominate other member(s) for the AmCham Wings Award. The AmCham Board of Directors will review all nominations and select a winner. You can nominate an active member by sending an email to Eva Chvalkovska at echvalkovska@amcham.cz (please use the form attached). The AmCham Wings will be ceremonially awarded at the 2012 Thanksgiving Ball at Palác Žofín on November 24th.
