Temporary employees´ position paper open for comments by June 5

AmCham in cooperation with the APPS has created draft position paper in Czech on the temporary employees’ topic, which responds to the proposal of Ministry of Labor within the Employment Act amendment. The document (available under your company name and password), which summarizes the main issues: limiting chaining of employment contracts for a specified period of time and the introduction of quotas. AmCham members are welcome to send comments by June 5, 2pm to veronika@amcham.cz or you can join us to finalize it at Labor Code&Social Affairs Committee on June 9.
