Ministry of Finance: Act on income tax & Act on real estate tax - comments requested by June 2 and June 9
Ministry of Finance prepared the Draft Act on income tax. The main objective of the new legislation is to create law in direct response to new Civil Code and the Act on Corporations. It reacts also to development of certain projects resulting from the Government Policy Statement The proposal is in ongoing external comentary procedure and AmCham members are invited to send comments by June 9.
