AmCham held Civil Code Series to prepare members for new Civil Code, which came into force on January 1, 2014

Throughout years 2012 and 2013 AmCham organized Civil Code Series. The aim of these events was to inform and discuss about main changes in the law. With the author of the new Civil Code and new Corporations Act Bohumil Havel and other panelists AmCham members could attend workshops&presentations, which covered list of topics. AmCham published New Civil Code Brief, publication in Czech and English containing articles prepared by its members about all important areas of New Civil Code.
