Ministry of Finance: Draft Act on public insurance and management of income tax of individuals
The draft Act contains a reflection of substantive and technical changes adopted by the Act No. 458/2011 Coll., amending laws related to the establishment of a single collection point and other changes in tax and insurance law. The proposal is in ongoing external comentary procedure and AmCham members are invited to send comments by May 21. The documents are enclosed (available under your company username and password).
