Ministry of Regional Development: Amendment to Act on Public Procurement - comments requested by May 24
Ministry of Regional Development prepared an amendment of the Act on Public Procurement, which came into force on April 1, 2012. This is the ´technical´amendment, which would help to eliminate the problematic interpretation in practice. The proposal is in ongoing external comentary procedure and AmCham members are invited to send comments by May 24. The documents are enclosed (available under your company username and password).
