National Security Authority: Draft Act on Cyber Security - comments requested by May 15

The draft Act on Cyber Security was submitted by National Security Authority. The aim of the draft act is to establish mechanism of active cooperation between the private sector and public administration sector to achieve more efficient solutions to cyber security incidents and to improve cyber security space in the Czech Republic. The proposal is in ongoing external comentary procedure and AmCham members are invited to send comments by May 15. The documents are enclosed (available under your company username and password).
