General Data Protection Regulation - comments request by 30 November

Amcham is planning to draw up a presentation/ position paper on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation). Therefore Amcham members are invited to submit their comments by 30 November 2012. The document will be presented to Ministry of the Interior, the Committee on European Affairs and the Office for Personal Data Protection.
