AmCham comments on Ministry of the Interior's draft business immigration proposal

AmCham Business Immigration Working Group met to debate with representatives of the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs over new regulation of 3rd country nationals' residence in the Czech Republic and intra-corporate transfers of employees. A position on the material proposal of a new foreigners' residence act is being finalized.
