Labor Law Update - Updated minutes of the discussion with Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Petr Šimerka and Draft Amendment to Labor Code
On May 31, AmCham members discussed with Deputy Minister of Labor responsible for Legal Affairs Petr Šimerka details of prepared changes in labor law. Draft Amendment to Labor Code is attached.
Among topics discussed were the Amendment to Labor Code after interministerial round of comments, the implementation of the Amendment to the Act on Employment, and Amendment to the Act on Sick Leave Insurance (parts related to the issue of Concurrence of Employment Relationship and Statutory Body Membership).
