AmCham members comment on the latest Ministry of Justice proposal addressing concurrence of employment and statutory body membership
AmCham members met April 26 to discuss the latest proposal of the Ministry of Justice that aims to address concurrence of employment relationships and statutory body membership by amending the Commercial Code.
