Update: Insurance against bankruptcy for employment agencies

The minimum amount of the insurance is three average monthly earnings of all seconded employees (on the date when insurance contract is concluded).

The insurance is obligatory for employment agencies that hold a license and currently second employees.

There are currently two insurance companies that offer the kind of a product that covers requirements introduced by the law.
