AmCham participates in a debate on new procedures for 3rd country nationals working in the Czech Republic and their impacts
The Ministry of Industry and Trade invited the business sector to participate in a discussion about changes in the immigration law, particularly changes related to visas and work permits, that affect top managers and specialists - 3rd country nationals working in the Czech Republic. Amendment to the Act on Foreigner Residence in the Czech Republic is effective as of Jan 1, 2011.
AmCham is conducting a survey among members to assess the impact of new measures (related to procedures, health insurance and other requirements).
