Update - Concurrence of Employment and Performance of Functions of a Statutory Body Member
AmCham members met Feb28 to discuss current developments in the area of concurrence of employment contract and performance of functions of statutory body members. Items discussed included remuneration and insurance, relative and absolute invalidity as well as delegation principles in the Czech Labor Code, among others.
Participants expressed desire to enhance stability and solve the issue.
