AmCham´s Draft Position on Public Procurement

On February 15, there will be an opportunity to discuss our ideas with the chief legislative director of the Ministry for Regional Development (please see above). In the second half of February, a discussion with relevant representatives of the Competition Office could take place. We are also discussing the issue with the office of the Prime Minister.
