Draft Labor Code Amendment released
Long expected draft amendment to the Labor Code was released today for the commentary round by the Labor Ministry without any consensus within the Tripartite.
The draft is reacting to recent decision of the Constitutional Court in the area of labor law and improving the flexibility of employer – employee relationship.
