AmCham Tax Commitee

On 18 February AmCham Tax Committee gathered to discuss draft new Tax Procedure Code currently considered by the Parliament. Loss carry-backs issues as well as recently adopted decisions of the Constitutional Court concerning tax provisions were also on the agenda. For more detailed information see attached documents.
