New Tax Procedure Code
Draft new Tax Procedure Code will be discussed in the Parliament on 3 February in its first reading. AmCham has been playing an active role throughout the preparatory works and most of AmCham positions were included in final version of the draft.
Based on December consultation with Finance Ministry, AmCham identified important remaining positions to be advocated further in the Parliament. AmCham’s task force is to draft suitable legislative wording. We would like to encourage you to review both materials attached and come up with suggestions by 10 February.
