Thin Cap Rules Amendment

Thin Cap rules, as advocated jointly with other associations, has not been incorporated in recently approved amendment to the ITA.

Proposed amendment should form a part of the Anti-Crisis Package prepared by the Ministry of Finance. The Package should be considered in early February 2009. Considering current economic situation, more favorable thin cap ratio may be approved.
