Draft new Tax Procedure Code ready for Parliament
Government approved draft new Tax Procedure Code on its meeting on 19 November and the law is ready to be considered in the Parliament after eight years of preparation.
Several comments of the Legislative Council will be included in the final version which will be submitted to the Parliament. AmCham position paper will be consulted with the Ministry and in the view of that updated for further advocacy goals.
