AmCham discussed Public Procurement Act Amendment
The Ministry for Regional Development released the draft amendment for the external commentary round last week.
Part of the amendment concerning supervision of award of public contract has been prepared by the Office for the Protection of Competition. Submission to the government is expected early in the next year. Several changes to the draft are still expected and some of our comments will also be taken into consideration.
