New Draft Commercial Code Released for Comments

AmCham has been working with the drafter of the bill ever since 2003 holding discussion roundtables and explaining obstacles the current Commercial Code poses to the practice. This is the last opportunity to comment on the draft bill before it is submitted to the government. We would like to kindly ask you to send your comments in writing (in Czech language) to akandrac@amcham.cz by October 21 (please see the bill attached). On October 23, JUDr. Bohumil Havel, the author of the draft, will visit AmCham (9 - 11 am, AmCham offices) and discuss the comments.
