AmCham Discusses Quality Standards with Czech Anti-Monopoly Office

The standards would cover areas like length of proceedings, compliance of the policy for assessing fines with the actual practice, attendance to information requests etc.. This initiative is a part of the AmCham’s broader project of Procedural Guidelines for Regulators. So far, the Czech Telecommunications Office, Office for Protection of Personal Data and Office for Protection of Competition have preliminary agreed to participate and asked AmCham to come up with specific requirements.
