AmCham is Commenting on the New Draft Civil Code
The new draft Civil Code has been finalized and Ministry of Justice sent it...
out into the official commentary round. The new Civil Code will contain all contractual law, there will no longer be any contracts provided for in the Commercial Code. AmCham would like to piece together a comprehensive position document (in Czech language) and invite its drafter and ministry officials to discuss the position through.
