Public Procurement Act and Concession Act to be amended

The purpose of  the new amendment is primarily the transposition of Directive 2007/66/ES into Czech legal order along with enhanced transparency and simplicity of the entire process, clearer definitions of certain institutes and larger responsibility of submiters. Inputs gathered via Public procurement and concession portal (about 300) are being sorted out  at the moment. The Ministry  is ready to discuss the particular topics with AmCham members, and possibly some new, in later stages of the lagislation process.
