Real Estate Committee Coming with Suggestions for the Sector

Please see the minutes of the meeting enclosed. One of the issues discussed was a nonexistence of protection of bona fide buyer. Information was passed that Prof. Eliáš, a drafter of the new Civil Code is dealing with the problem suggesting two possible alternative solutions. Members agreed to review the draft and come up with an AmCham Position Paper. Please see the relevant extracts from the draft Civil Code attached.
