Drafters of the Labor Code Amendment Discussed with AmCham Labor Code Committee

on January 29. The AmCham complex position paper on Labor Code was discussed in detail and Dr. Bezouška agreed with a vast majority of AmCham’s recommendations and will make them a part of his group’s agenda. AmCham members will have another opportunity to meet with the ministerial working group on February 29, 9 am at the Chamber offices. The topics of the roundtable are Travel Expenses and Concurrent Execution of Positions of Top Manager and Statutory Body.  The author of the new  draft Commercial Code, Bohumil Havel has accepted the invitation, as has a Deputy Justice Minister, František Korbel.
