Consultation on the Planned Act on Supervision over Financial Market

On October 23, representatives of the Ministry of Finance met with Amcham members over a Consultation Paper on the planned Act on Supervision over Financial Market. There were several problematic issues opened in the discussion (please see below). Also, we agreed that the drafters would get back to us and consult in all stages of the drafting process.
