Cooperation between CTU Prague and KULIČKOVÉ ŠROUBY KUŘIM named best project of the year

An original idea originating at the Czech Technical University in Prague that will bring forth a completely new and unique solution was brought together with KULIČKOVÉ ŠROUBY KUŘIM, a Moravian engineering firm with a history dating back more than a century and an understanding of the necessity of innovative solutions for its success on the market. The cooperation between these two entities on the development of a new threaded motion mechanism earned them first place in the Cooperation of the Year 2014 competition organised by the Association for Foreign Investment (AFI), the American Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic (AmCham) and the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TACR). The aim of the competition is to select and honour the year’s best projects involving cooperation between companies and the research sphere. The non-profit Česká inovace is a co-organiser of the competition.
