AmCham members should receive either 5 (Corporate Patron, Corporate) or 2 (Small Business / Entrepreneur) ballots via email including instructions how to vote. This email will be sent on Tuesday, May 9, 2017. If you don´t receive the ballots, please contact Lucie Vrbová at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can submit your completed ballots to the Chamber office until 5pm, June 2nd, 2017. Ballots should be sent back via email to Lucie Vrbová at email@example.com or via regular mail to the American Chamber of Commerce, Dušní 10, 110 00 Prague 1.

You may vote for up to nine candidates on each ballot. If you would like to vote for the same candidates on all of your ballots, please fill one ballot and check the box beside "apply for all ballots". If you vote for the same candidates please send us back just one filled in ballot. If you vote differently please send us back 5 or 2 (according to your membership category) individually filled in ballots.
This year the membership elects 9 members of the 17-member board for a two-year term. Each elected member will take his seat on July 1, 2017, after being confirmed at the Chamber’s General Assembly that will be held at 6.30 pm, June 14, at Czech Institute of informatics, Robotics and Cybernetics CTU in Prague, Jugoslávkých partyzánů 3, Prague 6 .

Ballots can be accepted directly from your email address or from the email addresses of other company representatives listed in our database as R1-R5 (to see who they are check your profile at www.amcham.cz). Balloting lasts 4 weeks starting May 8, 2017 until June 2, 2017.
