Discussion on the key changes in workforce brought by the crisis. Led by Rebecca Grattan of Avast and Rainer Bogner of ExxonMobil.
Three hypotheses for the future will be discussed: A majority of people will work from anywhere. (Pros and Cons) Organizational culture will change dramatically as the connection to a physical office declines. The emotional “agreement” between employer and employee will supersede the legal contract.
