What
Are you thinking about a new web project for your company? Or maybe you already have such project on your hands? In this practical session we will go through the first steps on the treacherous journey called web project. We will cover: - Stakeholder audit - User stories - Website brief After the session there will be an interactive part where you can apply the new learnings and create your own sample website brief. The workshop will help you with: - Getting the project a green light within your organization. - Preventing additional unforeseen cots. - Getting ready for contracting, managing and overseeing suppliers. The aim of this workshop is not to build a web site. The actual cooperation with suppliers and more technical matters will be part of the follow-up workshops. However, after this workshop you should be able to understand the process, even without any specific IT knowledge.
