Description: Values, people and practices from corporate culture. Today corporate culture is becoming increasingly important in the war for hiring talent and retaining employees. Corporate culture is the personality of a company that is communicated through customer feedback, employee commitment, social networks, review sites and public recognition and perception. The elements of corporate culture which include management techniques, shared values and mission, work ethic, daily work practices and language all revolve around people and practices, making corporate culture an essential pillar in the executive management and human resources. This session looks at elements of corporate culture and why it is essential that corporate culture is managed and not just left as a result of organization dynamics. We will also examine how companies can build a strong company culture and how to manage local cultures within a global cultural environment.
