What

It is no secret that, with the rise of the Internet, our world is getting flat. Companies and teams are growing more complex in an attempt to benefit from the opportunities the new economy is opening. However, there are also challenges; we need to learn to integrate all sorts of diversity to unleash the potential of our teams and reach our goals. How can you transform your people’s distinctiveness into endless sources of creativity and financial growth? How can you manage risk, communicate smoothly and lead in a flat world? Join us for a practical workshop with Elisabet Rodriguez Dennehy, an international consultant on business leadership and diversity issues. The workshop uses the most recent data to point at the reality of the job market in Europe and in the Czech Republic; it also tries to answer the question how diversity can enhance competitive advantages, engagement and succession planning. The 2-hour session leverages scientific research and Elisabet’s experience to point at the most important issues brought over by diversity at the workplace and suggest solutions for managing gender and cultural differences in your company. The workshop includes: · scientific research-based overview of the most important gender-related challenges that affect almost every workplace · tools to use to implement successful diversity programs · case study for the group to apply what has been discussed · a candid discussion about gender-related challenges participants are experiencing in their workplace · Q and A. Bio: Elisabet Rodriguez Dennehy is an international consultant on business leadership and diversity issues.
