Description: We are changing the way we shop, where we shop and what we buy. Therefore, retailers are turning their business plans around and adjusting their requirements for retail space. Shopping centres and retail spaces have to adjust in order to remain attractive for consumers and retailers alike. How are consumers changing their shopping behaviour? How are retailers adjusting their business plans? What makes a shopping centre attractive nowadays? How does the New Civil code affect the relationship between owners and tenants of retail space?
