The world is changing and society is developing. New generations, a different work-life balance, explosive technological growth and, last but not least, economically challenging times. Some companies have adapted their workplaces in reaction to these changes by implementing more innovative office concepts. And others have not. There are differences in levels of adaptation between business sectors and especially countries. What trends are we seeing in the Czech Republic? Do we have examples of companies who already implemented new ways of working? Are employees changing what they expect from their employers and the workplace? Are office occupiers requiring different functionalities from their office furniture? Are developers, landlords and serviced office providers reconsidering their business models to meet the changing demands of occupiers? Are occupier requirements for office space in the Czech Republic changing at all? The following speakers will aim to provide answers to all of these questions and much more.
