American and French Chambers of Commerce would like to invite you to: SPEED BUSINESS MEETING Location: Hotel Diplomat, Evropská 15, Prague 6, Enjoy a quick way to find new business contacts, be effective and meet 8 potential business partners during 80 minutes! Principle This type of meeting gives the opportunity for companies to present their products and services during 8 one-to-one sessions, each lasting ten minutes. Participants will be able briefly to discuss common business interests and opportunities for cooperation. Further time to develop these new business contacts will be available during the festive reception following the interviews. Working language:English. Programme: 18:00 – 18:30 Registration 18:30 Welcome and explanation of details 18:40 – 19:20 1st part: 4 meetings 19:20 – 19:40 Break with refreshments 19:40 – 20:20 2nd part: 4 meetings 20:20 – 22:00 Buffet, restaurant “Loreta” PRICE: CZK 800 + VAT for AmCham members CZK 1600 + VAT for non-members Registration required at registration@amcham.cz before November 1, 2011 PAMENT & CANCELLATION policy: The fee will be invoiced before the event. Cancellations of registration can be made no later than the Friday November 4th, 2011. Unfortunately, if you are not able to come we not be able to refund you. Principles: At registration you receive a ticket with a number and a letter A or B - The number corresponds to a table number for your first interview; the letter represents the side where you sit. - As soon as you hear the signal, each participant has 3 minutes to introduce their company, its product and its services. During the remaining 4 minutes, both participants can talk about potential cooperation. - After 10 minutes you will hear the signal again, participants with letter A remain seated at their tables. Participants with letter B will move to the next table in sequence. - Participants should treat each interview as an opportunity to widen their contacts.
