AmCham Finance Committee would like to invite you to small roundtable on: Short and Long-term Planning (in Czech language) The Round Table Discussion is focused on sharing practical experience about short and long-term planning. There were many „theoretical essays“ written on this topic, but how is it done in practice? Do we plan strategically or we just think we do? What is the trickiest part and how do we deal with a lack of data? The discussion will be driven mainly by your own comments derived from your experience. Participants from financial departments as well as from the sale side are welcome. Led by: Václav Novotný & Lenka Nedvědová of Advanced Risk Management, s.r.o. Theoretical part: Brief introduction of the topic to ensure the same level of understanding and to trigger the discussion.
