The bill on representative actions brought a wave of criticizm among the professional public. The Ministry of Justice has therefore decided to change it and base the system primarily on opt-in system. Join us to discuss current proposal and any comments you may have with JUDr. Anezka Janouskova, Head of the Section for Civil Procedural Law and Insolvency Legislative at Legislative Department, from the Ministry of Justice.
