On June 5 (9 am-12 pm) the roundtable on general principles of the new Income Tax Act (Zákon o daních z příjmů) will take place. The new Income Tax Act should form a part of the comprehensive Tax System Reform 2010 announced by minister Kalousek. AmCham would like to put together a position paper commenting on all parts of the general principles. Thus, we would like to ask you to have a look at the attached general principles and tell us, which part you would like to comment on. We need any comments (with argumentation) to be sent to ihavlova@amcham.cz in Czech language by May 30. On June 3, 9 am, a meeting of all contributors will be convened. On June 5, the position paper presented to Mr. Chrenko and his team.
