On January 14, a committee of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament met and discussed a governmental amendment to the Act on Public Procurement. The draft aims, among other, at making the public procurement more transparent. AmCham has attended the committee meeting and will report to participants. The goal of the meeting is to gather problematic issues & ideas on how to amend them and suggest a plan for advocacy. To view the complete governmental draft click here.
